Black Panther  star "Chadwick Boseman" has died of cancer




Chadwick died at his home in Los Angeles with his family beside him

He died at age 43

The late star was diagnosed of Colon cancer in 2016 though he did not make it public 

The news about Chadwick's death has made fans and the movie industry saddened

His family said in a message  "it is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of  Chadwick Boseman 

A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much. 

From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom and several more - all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy.

 It was the honor of his career to bring King T'Challa to life in Black Panther.

Tribute have already begun pouring in from actors, social  media users, including Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris.

Kamal Harris tweeted sharing a photo saying "Heartbroken. My friend and fellow Bison Chadwick Boseman was brilliant, kind, learned, and humble. He left too early but his life made a difference. Sending my sincere condolences to his family.





May God comfort his family, RIP KING.

Higher institutions in kano state to resume October 26th

As so many higher institutions within the country have resumed back to normal activities, kano state higher institutions are yet to resume Yesterday, Dr Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure kano state commissioner of higher education declared in a statement as she briefed  journalist in kano state ministry of education headquarters about the resumption of higher institutions in the state. Bunkure said that, the state government has slated 26th October 2020 as the resumption date for higher institutions in the state.  She added, saying, institutions in the state have prepared well based on the reports from officials assinged to go round and check how far institutions have gone with preparation of the complete return of students  The state government has urged the institutions to provide hand sanitizer and face masks to ensure compliance to COVID-19 protocols.
