 A medical officer named, 'Jessica K Willett' claimed that a patient punched her in the face




She declared this on Twitter, she tweeted "a patient punched me in the face

A law enforcement officer watch this happened, he then told my staff to convince me not to press charges because 'the hit wasn't that hard'

Can we stop the gaslighting?

Violence against healthcare workers is never okay. Never

Replies were seen from different users urging Jessica to press charge on the patient, because what the patient did to her is not cool at all

Higher institutions in kano state to resume October 26th

As so many higher institutions within the country have resumed back to normal activities, kano state higher institutions are yet to resume Yesterday, Dr Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure kano state commissioner of higher education declared in a statement as she briefed  journalist in kano state ministry of education headquarters about the resumption of higher institutions in the state. Bunkure said that, the state government has slated 26th October 2020 as the resumption date for higher institutions in the state.  She added, saying, institutions in the state have prepared well based on the reports from officials assinged to go round and check how far institutions have gone with preparation of the complete return of students  The state government has urged the institutions to provide hand sanitizer and face masks to ensure compliance to COVID-19 protocols.
